Great comment piece. I agree that hierarchy management and organisation style needs to go. The key to getting things done as you scale is to ensure everyone knows the difference between ‘agreement’ and ‘alignment’ and how parts of the business can experiment without having to put everything through committee. It’s important that colleagues can align on decisions and allow the company to move forward whilst not being entirely happy at any decision being made.
